Pi Visual Builder — design proposal & UI mockups for a Pi Network no-code builder

Status: design specification + static mockups — no implementation yet. This page and the mockups linked below are static HTML. There is no application, no backend and no build step. "Pi Visual Builder" is a voluntary proposal, submitted to the community PiRC repository as Issue #381 and PR #382 — both open. The official repository contains only PiRC1 and PiRC2, so "PiRC4" is not an assigned number.
